How to pay
We make payment simple and convenient. Full payment is required at the time of service to help keep our pricing fair and veterinary care accessible. Accounts are not available.

GapOnly® is a convenient payment service that works with selected pet insurance brands, allowing you to claim your benefit on the spot and just pay the gap (the amount not covered by your policy).
- Let our team know you’d like to use GapOnly® for your pet’s treatment.
- We lodge the claim for you, which is usually assessed within 5 - 10 minutes.
- Once approved, you simply pay the gap, and the remainder is covered by your insurer.
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 10:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

It requires you to pay the “gap” not covered by your policy at the time of treatment, and the remainder is paid directly to us. It is helpful for us to know you will be paying via GapOnly a the time of booking or arrival, for us to initiate the claim. The process takes around 5- 10 minutes.
