FAQs

How often should I bring my pet in for a check-up?

As often as you would like! We recommend at least yearly check up for adult cats, dogs and rabbits.

Puppies and kittens should be examined at each of their three primary vaccinations.

Senior dogs and cats should be checked over at least every 6 months as age related conditions can develop quickly and a lot can change in 6 months.

In addition to these regular life stage check ups, bring your pet to us if they are not well, or if you are concerned in any way.

Do you offer same-day appointments for sick pets?

Yes, we do. If your pet is unwell, we’ll always do our best to see them as soon as possible. If you can’t find a suitable time through our online booking system, please give us a call and we’ll do everything we can to fit you in.

Can I request a home visit for a general check-up?

Yes, home visits are available for routine check-ups. While we don’t have a dedicated home visit team, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that urgent visits may be limited.
